Install Azure Service Bus locally which support for Relay Messaging

Hi,

I am using Azure Service Bus (Relay Messaging) for my application. I see in this link that we can install Service Bus on windows server (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj193014.aspx).

I am not sure if Relay Messaging can work properly in this local Service Bus?

Please advise.
