Azure Subscription Configuration via REST

Hello Everyone,

I  am working in Application Integration and recently one of the requirement is to Subscribe to Azure Subscription / Topic Via DataStage.

I am trying to configure the REST API for the same, however I don't see any GET METHOD to retrieve the messages from subscription / topic. 

I am looking for  inputs of the REST configuration.
