Microsoft Service Bus Server Farm availability issue

We are planning to implement Microsoft Service Bus for windows servers and want to implement Server Farm.

For testing, we configured two win2K8 servers in the Server Farm, these are virtual machines. Server1 hosts the database for Service Bus also and Server2 has only service bus installed. The problem is that if I shutdown Server2, we are not able to connect to Service Bus through Server1.

There are two windows services that run - 1. Service Bus and 2. Service Bus Message Broker. On Server1, "Service Bus" windows service is in Started state however "Service Bus Message Broker" always keeps in Starting state and event log has below error:

Application: Microsoft.ServiceBus.MessageBroker.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The application requested process termination through System.Environment.FailFast(string message). Message: Failed to start Service Bus Broker Service. Stack: at System.Environment.FailFast(System.String, System.Exception) at Microsoft.ServiceBus.MessageBroker.Backend.OnStart(System.String[]

Now if I start Server2, this error goes away and everything runs fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
