Service Bus Relay Issues

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone here can help with a issue that has recently started troubling us.
We have been happily using the Service Bus for relay connections for around 6 months now.

The program using this, a Windows service connects out to the Azure ServiceBus.Windows.Net
and sets up its relay.

Up until recently this was all working great and literally hundreds of users have been happily using the service.
Though for a few weeks now we have been getting 2 primary errors popping up.

Our connection mode is set to Http, as this is what would serve us best.

1: When connecting through a Http Web Proxy, we get errors saying that it was unable to connect to NameSapce.ServiceBus.Window.Net, further looking into the errors we see that it says could not create upstream and could not create downstream. It also says that a secure connection cannot be established in some cases.

2: Another error we are getting is the following error
The X.509 certificate CN=servicebus.windows.net, OU=WindowsAzure, O=Microsoft, L=Redmond, S=WA, C=US is not in the trusted people store. The X.509 certificate CN=servicebus.windows.net, OU=WindowsAzure, O=Microsoft, L=Redmond, S=WA, C=US chain building failed. The certificate that was used has a trust chain that cannot be verified. Replace the certificate or change the certificateValidationMode. A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority.

We have had a look at most of the posts surrounding similar issues, but have been unable to resolve this issue.
We have sat with various IT departments to see if there is possibly issues with us authenticating with the proxy, but this was found not to be the issue.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Louis
