Will Service Bus work with CloudFx?

Hi,
It appears that a lot of the practices wrapped up in CloudFx would be relevant to Windows Service Bus (WSB) as well, so I'm looking at using CloudFx for on-premise.

Is that a reasonable conclusion to draw?  Any reason why that wouldn't be a good idea?
