Pub/sub using service bus Topics

Hi,

Just wondering is it possible to use Azure Service Bus Topics to implement Pub/Sub just like Biztak server. I can see that one can publish message to topics and then subscriber can pull these messages itself. Is there any way to configure endpoint of subscriber and Service Bus can publish message automatically to subscriber say to a WCF service?
