Azure Pack and AppFabric

Hello, im in a pre-research stage so, sorry for a maybe dumb question.

Its AppFabric included in the Azure Pack for windows server ?

If not, you (can or must ?) install AppFabric in the windows server ?

We are aiming to a full on-premise installation, basically we want a service bus with a lot of workflows and more basic wcf services listening to messages.
