Existing Namespaces are no longer available (managment portal errors), Newly created Namespaces stuck at status: Activating

Hi All,

Over the past week, something has happened to my existing Service Bus Namespaces, and it also seems to be preventing me from creating any new Namespaces.

Over the weekend, my subscription was disabled due to exceeding its usage (which I believe was in error), and then it became available again.  Since then, whilst other services are fine, my Service Namespaces are not working at all.  I had a billing support ticket open for this issue, but I haven't had a response from the agent over the past 24-hours, so I'm reaching out to the forums.

This is what my portal looks like at the moment:

[

    There was a picture here, but I can't post them because my account is not verified.

    I have 4 namespaces in my list.

    The top two in the list are new ones that I created 24+ hours ago, and have a status of "Activating".

    The bottom two in the list are the existing ones, and they have a status of "Active"

]

The BOTTOM two entries are my EXISTING namespaces.  They are in a status of Active, but I am unable to delete them (the delete icon in the portal is greyed out and doesn't do anything).

Further, when I dig into either of these namespaces, viewing any tab (e.g. Queues, Topics or Relays) results in no details being displayed, and an error message:

    Cannot load management data for the current view.

If I try to delete the namespaces via the Powershell Tools, I get this error message:

    Namespace provisioning in transition.

In addition, the TOP two entries are namespaces that I tried to create more than 24-hours ago.  They are stuck in an activating state, and it's been a day (or more) since I created them via the portal.

So, in short, none of my existing namespaces are usable anymore, and I can't create any new namespaces to use in the meantime.

If anyone can help, I would be grateful.

Thanks,
