Service Bus 1.1 installation failed on windows 2008 R2 core

Getting below error massage. When installing Service Bus 1.1 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1 Core through Windows Platform Installer 5.0 (Offline installation) ( http://blogs.msdn.com/b/biztalknotes/archive/2013/12/17/how-to-do-offline-install-of-service-bus.aspx )
