A simple question I hope! If I use Service Bus Queue's either in Azure or Windows Service Bus to communicate between a Service (in either the public cloud or a private cloud) and a client application running on a desktop PC, do I effectively get a local queue on the desktop PC which enables messages from the client to be enqueued whilst there is no network connection between PC and server?
When the network connection is re-established, will the client automatically send its queue contents to the server?
