ACS not available through Connection Information for Service Bus

Hi,

I am new to Azure Service Bus. I would like to create a service bus relay to be used for Microsoft Dynamics AX Companion Apps. I follow the steps as defined in Configure the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment for companion apps.pdf provided by Microsoft.

However I don't see any ACS section on my Connection Information screen:

What should I do to get information about my ACS connection? I have tried to open:https://[NAMESPACE]-sb.accesscontrol.windows.net/v2/mgmt/web but it also does not work.
