Multiple Tenant in Service Bus for Windows Server 1.1

Hi,

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to create Tenants in Service Bus for Windows Server 1.1 using the powershell cmdlets?

I have installed Service Bus on-premise but our software is a multi tenant web application and I was going to create a separate tenant in SB for each tenant (customer) of our software.

I can't rely on using the Azure Pack (which does let me create tenants) due to production server OS version, so I need to do this using Powershell.
