Steps to Update Azure SDK from 1.0 to 1.8

Hi,

I am using Serive Bus in my application. My Azure site was developed with SDK 1.0.

Now i want to upgrade it to SDK 1.8.

Can any one please help me on the steps to perform so that my site still works.
