Sample application error

Hi,

I am getting the following error below when I try to send data to the event hub, any help will be appreciated. I am trying to send this data from behind the company's firewall.

SENDING: Microsoft.ServiceBus.Messaging.EventData - Device 140, Temperature 59.
Error on send: One or more errors occurred. - Microsoft.ServiceBus.Messaging.Mes
sagingException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively
 refused it ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made
 because the target machine actively refused it
