My colleagues and I have identified an issue with Azure Service Bus where the service host consumes high CPU for about 90 seconds after a rogue ACK\FIN packet is received (we think the firewall may be sending this to close down the connection for some reason). We have an open ticket with the Microsoft Windows Azure Support team, but is there a specific place to put in a bug report to make sure it gets on the list for review (and hopefully addressed)?
