Hi, I have two servers (Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard). They are not configured to be a Windows Server cluster. I have an application runing on both of them. This application will write messages to the bus. I.e the application on each server will behave
exactly the same. On the same two servers I also have Service Bus 1 installed (same service bus farm). As I dont have Enterprice version of Windows I cant use the High availability feature. I also dont have 3 servers which is a requirement for HA.
Question 1: Could someone give an example of a problem I can get into here since I dont use HA?
Question 2: lets say the app in server 1 puts a message to the bus (I guess this is done using the SB instance in server 1). Then server 1 craches. The app in server 2 then checks if a new message exists on the bus. Will the app in server 2 be able to read the message that the server 1 app put there before it crached?
Question 3: Lets say I have I third server wirh a third app and have HA configured. What benefit will HA give me here? Please give an example.
