Can we use a scheduler to automatically adjust event hub throughput units/

Hi there,

I want to use event hub as our solutions.  We have millions of event publishers and consumers.  The problem is, we do have peek time which is from 8:00 a.m. - 17:00p.m.  At night we may only have few messages.  I think event hub bills against throughput units, so i want to buy more units before 8:00a.m. and reduce the amount at evening.  Instead of azure portal, I want to set up a scheduler to help me do this automatically.  I didn't find anything on web to tell me how to achieve this goal.

Please help and advise.
